Jonathon Morrison's presentation, "Optimizing a Gift Trust and CLAT in the OBBB Era", will unpack key components of how to “optimize” an irrevocable gift trust and a CLAT to maximize advantages afforded by the current tax/economic environment, including the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB). Jonathon will present case studies and financial projections demonstrating how to design and bolster impact to the grantor’s family wealth and philanthropy, maximize asset access, and mitigate creditor exposure.
