--How to develop policies and practices for professionals navigating regulatory compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).

--Gain an understanding of estate planning structures, including wills, trusts, and other legal entities, that may trigger uncertainties in meeting CTA requirements.

--How to comply with the CTA while maintaining confidentiality to the extent possible.

--Consider actions to be taken before an entity completes their initial filing under the CTA, such as ownership and management changes and terminations or conversion of entities.

Thomas A. Tietz, Esq., is an Associate with Shenkman Law practicing in New York and New Jersey.
